Barley with roasted vegetable salad

1/4 cup oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar

I've found an Amy Butler pattern for a skirt in L.A.'s fashion district and fell in love with her style, and even more so with her accurate and easy to follow patterns that actually fit! One of my Yoga students checked out InStitches by Amy Butler and lent it to me.
This sash is one of the projects InStitches and I am all excited that it turned out so beautiful. So simple, but it adds class.
No matter how sore, tired, or unwell you feel, what incredible good fortune that you have the tools to improve your condition and your life.
Donna Farhi, "Bringing Yoga to Life"
Today is a beautiful day.
This day only happens today.
I live it to the fullest.
I choose to think positive thoughts and I choose to create happy moments throughout this day.
My body radiates this happiness and my eyes sparkle.
I feel great.
When the time is ready everything will fall into places.
Love will appear on the door steps ready to stay for life.
Heaven will open up and shower stars toward the spring earth, blanket it with golden shine.
Happiness is shivering up and down the spine, ringing with laughter.
Dancing dreams, around and around, you come, you go and you come and you stay.
Gently I open my skin and wrap it around my body like a blanket. A little tighter then before. It's the best thing to wear and it feels so much like me. I treasure it, I love it, I hug it, I keep it forever.
