My lovely daughter Sarah came home for Thanksgiving. I had been wanting a palm henna tattoo for months and seeing Sarah with her tattoos on her fingers, wrist and whole back brought to mind that I still had a tube of henna paste in my fridge.
After breakfast Sarah set to work on my palm, patiently drawing intricate indian style patterns. I think it came out amazing.

It is November 17th and it feels like another summer day, it's that warm and sunny today. Back home in Switzerland they already had their first snow and the cold weather had come really early this year. I have been living here in San Diego for the last thirdteen years and still to this day I compare the weather with Switzerland. My sister's and my father in law's garden are now dormant and I started to plant seeds just a few weeks ago. And guess what? They are growing beautifuly.
